I’ve been hunting for 39 years, and one of the greatest experiences of my hunting career was spent with my Guide, Fraser Macdonald. His knowledge of the terrain, his horsemanship, his knowledge of game and his cooking skills made for a most enjoyable trip. I would be glad to hunt with Fraser anywhere, anytime and any place, but the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia will forever remain one of my favorites.

September of 2011 was the first opportunity I had to hunt with Fraser MacDonald and not being a seasoned hunter, I challenged Fraser on all of the skills at his disposal. Explaining the type of moose that I was looking for, Fraser went out of his way to fulfill my wishes. I was not only provided with the exact moose that I wanted, I was also put at ease which allowed me to make the shot. The entire experience was so relaxing and serene with the beauty of the mountains and lakes, the knowledge of the area and wildlife, the culinary skills and the great comradeship that Fraser and his crew provided made this a trip of a lifetime and a hunger to return. P.S. The fishing was phenomenal.
