First class Outfitter,It was realy good to get back every day to home cooked food (Thanks Carol)a hot shower and great accommadation. The guides are the best I have come accross they never give up and have great knowledge of the area .
I came for a 12 day hunt for Grizzly and moose. I got my Grizzly after 4days and the moose was taken 3 hours before my hunt was to end on the 12th day.
This guide Outfitters area has an exceptional high levels of Grizzly and Moose populations. Thanks Ken & Crystal

For anyone looking for a spot and stalk bear hunt, I highly recommend Opatcho Lake outfitters. I have hunted with Opatcho Lake outfitters for the past four years with good success stalking and taking bears with a traditional bow. The area supports a high density of bears and Ken Watson is knowledgeable and determined when it comes to creating opportunities for his hunters to take bears up close on the ground. The camp sits next to a beautiful lake in a remote and picturesque region of British Colombia. Camp amenities are superb. Ken's ethics and integrity are first rate. I spent 10 days for moose hunting in Kens hunting camp Opatcho Lake. The camp has cozy log houses,all facilities are very clean and the hot shower before dinner is just great. The guides know all about the area and hunting is very successful because of the passion of the guides and the big boss Ken. Even things seem to be impossible,he arranges something.
The meal is all home made delicious and the dinner is always fun with all the hunting stories. I sure will come back!
