In our rush rush world of outdoors television production we sometimes forget that the lodges with the biggest fish that are the most remote and most expensive, aren't necessarily the best places to fish, and certainly not in a lot of cases the best places to relax.

This year the BJ Outdoors crew had the opportunity, no, the privilege, of experiencing something we'd lost on our quest for the biggest most remote trophy. And, I can describe it with just 2 words, "True Serenity". Over the years we began to think if you could drive to the lake-everybody did-and now it's over fished. That logic simply doesn't apply to the one million acres of water, 65,000 miles of shoreline, and 14,000 islands that make up Lake of the Woods.

Now that my crew has experienced the hospitality, great food, modern equipment,5 Star accommodations, excellent fishing, and good fellowship that is, "Red Indian Lodge" we're starting a list of those people who would like to come with us Spring 2007. The BJ Outdoors crew will be there shooting an early season Walleye show and would like anyone that's interested to join us. Our Hosts, Dan and Maureen Graham have assured us there'll be enough room for us to bring 20 or more people for a few days of fishing and relaxing. Email, call, or use the snail mail, but get it done soon so you don't miss out on the special deal I'll be able to offer the first 25 people that send deposits.

Here we are again - 4th year in a row - 21 great men from a great church, ranging in age from 45 - 82. This place continues to be great fishing, lodging, weather, food. We have night fishermen and a group that holds a mini-golf tournament each night. We strongly recommend this place. The staff, the guides, the boats, the shore lunches, are great! But, this year the fishing was incredible as was the weather.

My Dad and I had a fantastic fishing trip at your resort! Our Cabin was great! Joey and the ladies in the dining room took very good care of us. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. The shore-lunches were unbelievable! My Dad and I can't wait to come back again. Please put us on the schedule for the same week we had in 2006.

My family and I have been coming to Red Indian Lodge for 7 years. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The location is absolutely perfect! Every time I come I am struck by the beautiful setting, the wonderful accommodations that are beautifully cared for warm and welcoming. I have also participated in the 2009 Wine, Women and Walleye trip with my friends and had an outstanding time. The incredible fishing, the bonfire on the beach, the beautiful sunset and the warm hospitality of the staff who are always willing to go that extra mile to make our trip the best! The guides are fabulous, always put us on right on the fish, and pulls together a delicious shore lunch! Red Indian is always my first destination choice to fish, relax and reflect! I am already planning for the 2010 WWW Trip!!!!
