Bass fishing in Mexico at Lakes Huites and El Salto is the best Bass fishing in the world. The Florida Strain Largemouth Bass are lurking in these Mexican lakes. Trophy Bass over 19 pounds have been boated in Mexico. It is the opinion of many that the World Record will be caught here. Lake El Salto (record 18 lbs 8 oz) and Lake Huites (record 15 lbs 3 oz caught by Wild Bill) continue to excite Anglers with the large numbers and size of bass.
