We do not offer a hunt where animals are kept in a pen and then released around the corner from your stand. This is all free range and the real deal. Our primary mode of travel is by boat. We take you to where the boars live, the small barrier islands interspersed among Georgia's inter-coastal waterways. The brackish waters created where the Ogeechee River meets the Atlantic Ocean offer prime breeding grounds for the wild hogs that have thrived here for several hundred years. Whether you choose to hunt from one of our stands, to "slip up on" one, or the action-packed excitement of a hound hunt, we guarantee you the hunt of a lifetime. In an effort to get kids into this great sport, we only charge half price for their kills (see price list for more details). Anthony Oliver has been guiding boar hunts on these islands for over 20 years. Hunting is truly his passion. He has also guided big game hunts in Alaska. We provide lodging from the Ft. McAllister marina's lodge across the street from the marina. The lodge consists of 3 bunk rooms with 3 bathrooms, a kitchen area and living area. There is a restaurant and bar across the street at the marina where we leave out for each day's hunt.
