Thank you for your interest in hunting Montana. I do have the best state to hunt in for fair chase Big Game. We have lots of big game, great hunting success stories, and many nice fair chase animals taken home by satisfied hunters recently. We had one of the best seasons here in 2010, and we are looking forward to success in the 2011/12 seasons with you. I will help with your licensing, answer any questions honestly, and provide you a quality hunt.

Rick Wemple and Outfitting have a long history of guiding hunters here in the famous Bitterroot Valley of Western Montana. I have operated here on the millions of acres in the Bitterroot National Forest and Selway Wilderness areas since 1970, guiding clients from all over the world for Montana trophies, I learned with my parents who were outfitters, and continue the family tradition today.

Elk hunts and Deer hunts are NOW priced lower for the 2012/13 seasons. You can hunt Elk up to 10 full days, plenty of time to find a trophy Bull Elk. You can book a hunt without having a partner and only a $500.00 deposit to hold the dates and hunt you want! Black Bear, Mountain Lion, Antelope and Elk are all my specialties

I guide on each hunt, and may confirm as your guide, with early booking deposits. My hunters know their outfitter/guide tries as hard as they can, for the opportunity, which runs 50% or better most years on Elk, and 85% at least on Deer & Black Bear. Success runs 100% mostly on hunts for Antelope, Sheep, Moose, and Mountain Lion & Mountain Goat hunts. These tags are by drawing, and I can help you with application deadlines & tag costs.
