Rush Creek Adventures is your one-stop outfitter for many different kinds of hunting experiences. Located on the North Platte River in western Nebraska, breath-taking scenery paints the backdrop for all wild life and exceptional hunting. Available hunts include TURKEY, WATERFOWL, DEER and ANTELOPE.
Hunting highlights of our offerings include: More than 100,000 acres of free range hunting located in the Sandhills and along the banks of the North Platte River in western Nebraska. Very competitive rates. Unbelievable harvest rates which average around 85-90% - very few hunters go home empty handed. Choice of non-guided, semi-guided or guided hunts with one of our local and experienced guides. National media exposure: turkey, deer, and waterfowl hunts have been featured on the Versus Network.
Rush Creek Adventures not only has excellent hunting opportunities but the lifestyle is rural and unhurried. The quiet beauty of the sunrises and sunsets are only interrupted in the Fall by the sound of migratory birds in flight. Rush Creek Adventures can make arrangements for you. Check out Crane Grove accommodations which is close to the hunting blinds. Hunting and outdoor provisions can be found at Cabela's in the nearby city of Sidney.
Waterfowl adventures are provided on private land along the North Platte River between Broadwater and Oshkosh, NE. Waterfowl hunts are conducted from October – February (particular seasons are set in late August) along the banks of the North Platte River in Garden County and in cornfields.
Choose from “spot and stalk” mule deer hunting in open Sandhills to stand hunting for whitetails in the North Platte River Valley. Deer hunting is provided on private land located in the Sandhills, Plains, and Upper Platte firearm deer units. You will need to apply for rifle deer tags while archery tags are available over the counter.
Antelope hunting is offered in the counties of Garden, Hooker, Grant, Morrill and Cheyenne. Depending on your preference, antelope can be hunted in a ground blind near a watering hole, spot and stalk, or with a decoy during the rut. Archery antelope permits are statewide and hunters can harvest either sex. Rifle Antelope tags are by draw only and only bucks are allow to harvest.
Turkey hunts are provided on private land along the North Platte River between Broadwater and Oshkosh, NE. Hunters can purchase up to three state wide turkey permits online.
