Our elk hunting camp is located 9 miles from Yellowstone! We elk hunt near the Thorofare River which is based in the remote Teton Wilderness in North West Wyoming. The closest town in conjunction to our elk hunting camp is Cody, Wyoming a whopping 50 miles away!

Our elk hunting success over the years has been roughly 80 to 85%. The elk harvested during these elk hunts are rarely smaller than 5x5. Your harvesting opportunity in nearly 100%, because you will see elk almost every day. There is also rifle elk hunts in the rut during September when bulls are screaming rather than bugling.

You will basically ride into our camp on horse back and pack out your elk on our mules. This is the way elk hunting should be, primal and roughing it.

We will feed you some of the best home cooked meal and even let you barrow a horse. Accommodations consist of over-sized army tents with a cot and pad.
