Many of the pools are ideal for dry fly surface action for Atlantic salmon and sea-run trout. The clarity of the water provides spectacular visuals of fish making their move for the fly – ultimately testing the angler’s two-dimensional skills.

St. Lewis River Lodge is located in southern Labrador. The river is approximately 100 kilometer in length and we are the only outfitter on the entire river system. The Lodge will officially open to guests for Atlantic salmon fly-fishing in 2013. We have taken extraordinary measures in the design and construction of the Lodge as a fitting tribute to this incredible river and spectacular Atlantic salmon resource.

The Lodge tastefully blends the remote atmosphere with amenities only experienced at the world’s finest hotels. The Falls Pool is situated 30 meters from the Lodge and is likely one of the most productive pools in the world to angle for Atlantic salmon during prime time.

We have fished the St. Lewis since 1995 and the “Lewis” in June is our definition of Ringing in the New Year.
