Alberta Moose Hunting, Whitetail Deer Hunting, Black Bear Hunting: We provide trophy hunts in northern Alberta for whitetail deer, moose and black bear. This area is a combination of forests and muskeg swamps. There are numerous oil and gas lease roads and a labyrinth of cut lines and pipelines throughout. This kind of terrain is perfect for mature whitetail deer, moose and black bears. There is plenty of cover and remote areas which are not easily accessible. These conditions allow these animals to grow to trophy size.
Alberta Waterfowl Hunting: We provide waterfowl hunts in the heart of Alberta farmland taking in the central flyway. The vast farmland, pothole lakes and marshes make for excellent duck hunting and goose hunting.
Custom Hunting Packages: We offer combination trophy whitetail deer hunts, moose hunts and black bear hunts in some of the prime hunting areas of Alberta. Steeprock River Outfitters offers both spring and fall black bear hunts with over 2,500 square miles of Canadian wilderness. The two biggest areas that we hunt in are the breathtaking Porcupine Provincial Forest and near the beautiful shoreline of Lake Winnipegosis. We have well established pre-baited Bear Baits with well placed, and comfortable archery and rifle stands. Each of our guided Canadian hunts have a high possibility of seeing several different types of bears including, harvesting a big or colour phased bear. Our guided hunts are ideal for archery, muzzleloader, or rifle hunters which makes this Manitoba black bear hunt extremely accommodating for any type of hunter. An added bonus hunting is that a Timber Wolf and Coyote may be harvested in the fall black bear season prior to harvesting you Black Bear at NO additional cost!
Several nearby lakes and streams in and around Porcupine Provincial Forest are filled with many different species of fish including Northern Pike, Walleye and Rainbow Trout. This is a great way to spend your day after harvesting your trophy black bear early! We will gladly take care of all the arrangements if you enjoy fishing!

We also offer our Canada hunting guests a private full bathroom, laundry facilities, extra towels, bedding & pillows, satellite television, DVD & VCR player, separate refrigerator for private use, and a large 1600 square foot double-door heated shop for storage or parking.

Saskatchewan Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunts: We hunt on private land in the surrounding area, all locations are 5 to 30 minutes from camp. Our Canada hunting guides are all local residents who are extremely familiar with this area. We take a maximum of 6 hunters per week in November. We also have an early season in October for muzzle loader hunters.

Alberta Trophy Mule Deer Hunts: There are no clothing color regulations in Alberta. There are very few bow hunters in the area and I only book 2 weeks with 4 per week. This can come be combined with waterfowl hunting as well. We offer five rifle mule deer hunts in November.
Black Bear Hunts:This hunting area has extremely good results. The Alberta record black bear was taken in this area. There are at least 50 per cent colored bears and the hides are exceptionally thick (two bear limit).
Our bait stations are always kept stocked and are located far enough apart (six miles) to draw a maximum number of bears. Large permanent platform tree stands are strategically located to give you, the hunter, the best possible advantage as well as comfort. They are large enough to accommodate even video equipment.
For those who prefer, we also offer secure, safe ground blinds.Hunters see between 10 and 20 bears on normal six day guided Canada hunts. Hunters have seen as many as 10 different bears on a single bait. I only take 10 bear hunters, 24 deer hunters and 18 goose hunters per year. Book a year in advance due to 80% client return rate.

TCO hunts the trophy producing area just west of Edmonton for big Canadian Whitetails. Since we target big mature bucks all hunts take place in late November during the rut. Guided Canada Hunts are fully guided (2x1) and include all lodging and meals. TCO runs a small personal operation with no more then 6 hunters in camp per week. Most hunters can expect an opportunity of harvesting a 140”+ whitetail and every hunter has a chance at a true Giant Canadian Whitetail!

Excellent black bear populations allow hunters to take two bears and a timber wolf during their Alberta hunt. P&Y and B&C bears are not uncommon with many bears reaching well into the 7ft 400 lbs mark, hunters can enjoy hunting these giants with any weapon of choice: rifle, bow, muzzleloader and/or cross bow.
