Our Ontario hunts are so successful because out guides are sportsmen as well. Many of them have hunting and fishing experience for over 35 years. Our Ontario hunts for bear are conducted at one of our many drop camp facilities. These Ontario hunts include campsite, active baits extra baits, canoe, locker service, and showers at the main base camp. You can also choose a cabin hunt with drive-in cabins at a lake location. These Ontario hunts include light housekeeping, cabin, baits, boat and motor, as well as locker service.

These fly-in Ontario hunts will be in remote lake locations. They are only accessed by float plane. You will literally be the only clients on the whole lake. These Ontario hunts include air travel to and from base, boat and motor, gas, cabin, and bear removal.

We also offer guided Ontario hunts where you will be briefed and then taken to and from baited areas by your guides. These Ontario hunts are great for anyone as a first time bear hunt, or if you have hunted but were unsuccessful. Our Ontario hunting guides are all knowledgeable and equip for any outcome. You will be provided meals, lodgings, active bait sights, boat and motor, gas, skinning and prepping. You will also have a chance to experience some of the best fishing in the world.

Our Ontario moose hunts are highly successful with many harvesting trophies up to 50” or better. There has been many clients over the years harvest Pope and Young trophies including those with archery or long bow. These Ontario hunting trips include accommodations, boat and motor, fuel, canoe, with an option of a limited guide. We also provide a way to get the moose out, and cold storage.

THIS IS A TRUE, PROFESSIONALLY GUIDED HUNT. Our guides are constantly scouting looking for new setups, baiting and resetting stands, always looking for something new and hot to put you on.

Our areas are becoming over populated with deer, turkey and other animals, which makes for great hunting for the outdoorsmen. Whether you are a first time hunter or an experienced hunter, here at Andy Myers Lodge we have the best Ontario hunting vacations in Canada and we cater to ever hunters needs and abilities.

We have average as high as 80% kill and as low as 40% depending on the quality of hunters and their goals, the weather, moon phases and plain old luck (lots of our repeat customers are passing on bucks most hunters would kill (we could have 90%-100% kill if we did not impose min. to insure quality hunts).

Our deer hunts are scheduled around the peak of the rut in our area to give you the highest percentage chances. We have given our hunters outstanding opportunities at trophy deer but feel with the past 3 mild winters, predictions of the same for this year, and large number's of medium sized bucks sighted and coming up because of it besides the 3 1/2- 6 1/2 year old trophies already present, the best is yet to come in the next few years.

Treat yourself to a successful fly-in moose hunt!

Our high success rates are attributed to healthy, plentiful herds as well as our surveillance of their movements. You can choose to hunt from one of our 9 fully equipped outpost camps, 2 lodges or from one of our tent camps on lakes used for moose hunting only.

At our 2 lodges we have more than one guest cabin. During the fishing season we have multiple groups at these camps at one time; however during the moose hunt we generally have only one hunting group at either of these camps at any one time. However, in some cases there will be an overlap of a day or two between groups or we may have a couple of small fishing groups at the same time. Our 3 mini hunt camps are located on smaller lakes that we utilize for moose hunting only. Rather than permanent cabins at these locations, we erect tent camps, which are removed after the hunt is over for the season.
