We would like to invite you to plan your dream Alaskan salmon fishing trip with us at the Majestic Eagle Lodge. We are located in the beautiful Southeastern part of Alaska. When you choose us to be your Alaskan salmon fishing charter there will be two daily flights into Petersburg. You will then be greeted by our friendly professional staff. You will then be transported to Kupreanof Island by boat. Our lodge and Alaskan salmon fishing charter is located on this remote island.

Our Alaskan salmon fishing packages include 6 nights and 7 day accommodations, meals, your boat with motor and fuel, your fishing gear if needed, freezer space for your catch, and a very accommodating host. You will have an opportunity to catch not only the salmon of your dreams, but Halibut, and Dungeness Crab are plentiful through the season. We also see Humpback Whales frequently so if you are a nature watcher this is definitely the right salmon fishing trip for you. If you want to check out the Fredrick Sound and LeConte Glacier this may be obtained with a short float plane ride. About Kodiak Sportsman's Lodge

We would like to invite you to The Kodiak Sportsman’s Lodge on Kodiak Island. Located in Old Harbor, Alaska our lodge is home to absolutely the best Salmon fishing anywhere. Quite literally the finest Halibut, Ling Cod, and Salmon fishing can be found here. Sitkalidak Island is rated the number one fishery in these Alaskan protected waters. Abundant with candlefish, herring, and many other bait fish means that trophy Salmon fishing is emanate.

We offer a Salmon fishing experience like no other. There is over a 30 mile stretch of protected water we Salmon fish. These waters are home to only 6 sport fishing vessels and currently we own 4 of them. These are not the over fished areas that most might be used to fishing, but a quite, calm and very productive experience. Salmon fishing is within 15 to 30 minutes from our dock. We not only have the calm tranquility of the water, but there is also wildflower viewing during your Salmon fishing.

Our Salmon fishing lodge can accommodate up to 16 guests. Our lodge is as close to all inclusive as it gets you will be provided the following: meals, snacks, beverages, wine or beer, rain gear, lodging, guide, boat, tackle, processing of your catch, and also included will be your round trip ticket from Kodiak to Old Harbor. We have thought of everything to make this a worry free Salmon fishing adventure.

No where in Alaska will you have the kinds of limits we have per person per day they are as follows: 2 King Salmon, 2 Ling Cod, 5 Silver Salmon, 2 Yellow Eye, and 10 Black Sea Bass. Every year there is also a fun sport fishing activity you may like to participate in or even just observe it's called the Kodiak King Derby. We have been the home for the last 3 years as the first place winners of the Derby, or clients have walked away with over 26,000 dollars! 	$2950	DIY Trophy Alaska Blacktail Deer Hunts We base our blacktail hunts out of the Kodiak Sportsman’s Lodge. Each morning we will transport you to your hunting location for the days hunt. We will pick you up at a pre designated location and return you to the lodge for a hot shower and a fantastic Alaskan meal where you can relax and share your hunting stories. After you harvest your buck, you can add to your Alaskan experience by hunting fox, waterfowl or fishing for winter King Salmon and halibut. Our goal is to provide you with a first class hunt in remote Alaska that very few people have experienced. These are 5 day hunts including lodging and meals. 	$2900	Alaska Salmon & Halibut Fishing Packages - 3-6 Days May 1st through June is the “Trophy King” season. Thirty to ninety pound Kings feed in these waters. We will troll for Kings using down- riggers and herring bait but don’t be surprised if you land a big halibut while trolling. In 2004 we caught many fish over 60 pounds with the biggest being 75 pounds. July is one of the best months to catch a variety of fish; King Salmon, Halibut, Ling Cod, Gray Cod, Yellow Eye, Black Bass and Silver Salmon. Along with some of the best weather in July, you will also have stunning wildlife viewing opportunities. In Augus,t the Silver Salmon are running with an average weight of fifteen pounds. Some of the largest Silvers in Alaska are caught within 15 minutes of the lodge. The best method is trolling with the down riggers. After you catch your limit of salmon, get ready to catch some Halibut, Ling Cod, Gray Cod, Yellow Eye, and Black Bass! September is a great month to end the summer. Not only are the silvers hot in the salt water but the rivers have some great action with the fly or spin rod. Experience the best the river has to offer! With this package we fish for Sockeye Salmon and King Salmon. This is our most popular package because with all of our other options we will typically run two shifts, an AM and PM. We do not book any other charters on the days of this package so we can dedicate 100% of our efforts and time to your group and the Captain usually throws in some extra fishing or site seeing. This being the most popular charter and having such a short window of Salmon Fishing we can only give a few slots for this charter and they go fast. Be sure to book yours early!
