The Northern Lights Lodge is your first class accommodations and Canadian outfitters in the heart of the Labrador wilderness. Our adventures will take you fly fishing for Labrador land locked salmon, hunting one of 750,000 Caribou from the worlds largest migrating caribou herd, hunting one of 70,000 black bears in Labrador or snowmobiling our thousands of kilometers of groomed trails and even better our wide open frozen lakes.

The quality and location of our Lodge and its private cabins provides our clients with comfort and services that will make your trip to Labrador unforgettable.

After flying via Montreal, Canada to Labrador City you will find our team awaiting your arrival at the airport. If required, we will immediately fit you with rental snowmobiling wear and helmets. Following that we will get you acquainted with one of our 500cc Ski-doo rentals and driver's safety by giving a one-hour drivers course around the local groomed trails. The next morning your adventure will begin, originating from Labrador City. Please be sure to read our regulations on our website and snowmobiling trips offered, and note that we require a minimum of 2 people per adventure.

You can choose between our Utah or Wyoming tours, enjoy a few hours, half, or full day rides on a private ranch. Our spacious lodge nestled in the Uinta Mountains will accommodate you for one or several days any time of year. Whether a romantic getaway, anniversary or family outing, your stay in the wilderness will make lasting memories. We provide free transportation from Park Cit, two person or single passenger snow machines, safety and driving lessons, suits, gloves, headgear, helmets, boots, goggles, snacks and drinks, meals provided for half, full and multi-day rides, and customized rides for level of ability.

Adventure: Our outfit was born and raised in Summit County, Utah. We have seven generations of history here. About Main River Safari

If you prefer to take the less beaten path, Main River Safari has the snowmobile trek for you. Besides the snow ladened wonder of centuries-old virgin forest surrounding Main River there is more to please the eye.

Main River Safari will take you over wonderous snow covered barrens carved from the last Ic Age. One of the best features of the trek includes an excursion to the Western Brook Pond Gorge. Part of the Gros Morne National Park system, the gorge is virtually inaccessible by any means except by air and by ferry in the summer. The gorge itself was formed by the last Ice Age and contains unique geological structures - making this area a UNESCO world heritage site.

Room to breathe - with miles of open land, coupled with the pristine forested valley of Main River and topped off with the majestic awe of Western Brook Pond Gorge area, will keep you on your toes and maintain your snowmobiling experience at peak levels of excitement and wonder.
