About Little River Pheasant Hunts

South Dakota Ringneck Pheasant Hunting. You will be hunting one of South Dakota's best pheasant hunting areas. The lodge is located in the heart of the James River valley, just South of Aberdeen South Dakota, you will find just about everything South Dakota has to offer for hunting in the Jim River Valley.

We also offer Archery Whitetail Deer, , Spring Snow Goose Hunt With 1.5+ million Birds In The County At Peak Times, Honker Depredation Season that starts in September. Our Canadian Honker depredation hunts in September and our Spring Snow Goose hunts have very liberal harvest limits.

Please contact us as there are special needs for some of these hunts. Some of the Waterfowl Hunts and Whitetail Deer Hunts are time sensitive for peak periods. We want to be able to give you the best hunt we possibly can, and we will!

We have every comfort of home awaiting you when you arrive at Little River Pheasant Hunting.Our main lodge has a big screen TV is loaded with hundreds of stations from a satellite so you are sure to get your favorite college or pro football games in the evenings, free internet, or late afternoons after the hunt. We have a cook on site, to prepare meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Snacks are available throughout the day.

I think you will find there is plenty of couch and recliner space in the main lounging area. We also have a poker table, video poker, foosball, free trap range and a host of other activities to keep you occupied while you are our guest.

You are more then welcome to bring your own dogs. We have doggie lodging as well.

If you don't have a dog, you will be hunting behind the finest German Shorthairs in the country.

South Dakota Pheasant Hunting Packages: Pheasant hunts that are all inclusive are just that (no additional costs)! We furnish South Dakota homegrown beef along with other meats and vegetables with all your meals. Other included accommodations are lakeside lodging, beverages and liquors, shells, transportation, guides, dogs (or you may bring your own) and clay pigeons for sporting clays. We will customize pheasant hunting or walleye fishing trips or a combination of both in order to fit your needs.

Single day hunts include: guides, hunting dogs, transportation to and from the field, one meal and cleaning and packaging of the birds. Does not include lodging (which is available), shells, and South Dakota hunting license.
