These are the most acrobatic and aggressive fish in our rivers. Numerous jumps and runs are common while they are hooked. These steelhead are fighters and getting them hooked is an experience you won't forget. This are high energy, fast action steelhead fishing trips. Our average daily catch is 4 to 8 steelhead.

We fish the Columbia River and its tributaries all the way from the Bonneville dam to Buoy 10 near Astoria Oregon where the Columbia flows into the Pacific Ocean. The Buoy Ten fishery is one of the hottest spots for catching Salmon anywhere in the World! We catch keeper Sturgeon and trophy Sturgeon from 42' to 60' long. Fishing for Coho Salmon, Silvers, Chinook Salmon and Fall Chinook and the hard fighting Steelhead during peak times of the year can really produce some hot action so book your steelhead fishing trips early for the best times.

We offer a variety of steelhead fishing trips to suit your family, friends or business retreats. One day or multiple day steelhead fishing charters are available on 3 rivers. Our custom built jet boats can be fully enclosed for inclement weather, with heaters to keep you nice and warm. We supply all bait and/or tackle and poles, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Catch Sturgeon, Bass, Trout, Steelhead, or Salmon. We fish the Snake, Salmon and Clearwater Rivers. Bass and Sturgeon bite the best in the spring, summer and early fall, while Trout fishing is good all year long. Steelhead fishing starts in the early fall and extends through the spring. Salmon fishing starts and finishes depending on the Fish and Game guide lines. Usually it starts in April.

Snake River Adventures offers you a chance to fish for the plentiful A-run Steelhead of the Snake and Salmon Rivers. Or if you choose you can fish the larger B-run Steelhead of the Clearwater River. The A-run Steelhead average 6 to 8 pounds and the B-run Steelhead average 12 to 14 pounds. We offer a different techniques to accommodate your steelhead fishing abilities. We can troll plugs or drift bait; whichever one suits you best. G-Loomis spinning rods and Shimano reels are used for drift steelhead fishing and G-Loomis casting rods are used for trolling. We also provide light tackle for bass and trout fishing. Lodging will be provided by Kirby Creek Lodge.
